  1. Add the frozen fruits, acai powder, almond milk, nut or seed butter, and honey to a blender. (I used a magic bullet) Blend until creamy and smooth, adding extra almond milk if needed to keep the blender running. You’ll want it to be a frozen-yogurt consistency (thicker than a smoothie).
  2. Scoop/pour the acai mixture into a bowl and top with sliced fruit, granola, a drizzle of honey, and any other additional toppings (if using).
  3. Enjoy your delicious breakfast! Try not to make a mess 🙂
