Hey and Welcome BACK!
I know it been quite a while, but we are back and better than ever.
I have really been loving the copper pipe and rose gold look lately, especially in decor so I’ve been searching for the perfect way to incorporate that into my apartment space. I was looking for a piece that could serve a purpose in my space, but not contribute to clutter. So guess what I came up with? A handy dandy Copper Clothing Rack! Fully functional, yet stylish and also perfect for decor.
Fortunately for you all I DIY’d this and am going to give you all the deets on how to make it!
Gather your materials! You will need:
- 2 – 5’ 3/4” pipes
- 1 – 3’ 3/4” pipes ( I used a 4′ pipe and it ended up being too big for my space!)
- 4 – 2″ long pieces
- 4 – 5″ long pieces
- 2 – 3/4″ copper tees
- 2 – 3/4″ copper elbows
- 4 – 3/4″ copper caps
- 1 bottle of epoxy glue
For my rack, I also added a little piece at the bottom that serves as a shoe rack, this is optional. To include those just add-
- 2 – 3’ 3/4” pipes
- 4 – 3/4″ copper tees
- 4 – 3/4″ copper elbows
- And of course some music playing to pass the time
If you don’t get your pieces pre cut make sure to get a pipe cutter! I got all my materials from Lowe’s.
