Hi guys! I’ve been the absolute worst I know! I said I was going to keep this blog updated on the reg (regular) but you know how life is… hitting you with the unexpected. Working a 9-5, handling an upcoming business and a YouTube channel. It definitely isn’t easy.
But no excuses you guys! I’ve come with a gift!


This past weekend I decided to make a super easy açaí bowl! I’ve never had one before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I absolutely loved it and figured I would share the recipe with you guys!

For this recipe I used Açaí Powder since I couldn’t find any of the frozen packs anywhere.

Instructions
  1. Add the frozen fruits, acai powder, almond milk, nut or seed butter, and honey to a blender. (I used a magic bullet) Blend until creamy and smooth, adding extra almond milk if needed to keep the blender running. You'll want it to be a frozen-yogurt consistency (thicker than a smoothie).
  2. Scoop/pour the acai mixture into a bowl and top with sliced fruit, granola, a drizzle of honey, and any other additional toppings (if using).
  3. Enjoy your delicious breakfast! Try not to make a mess 🙂
